Google being forced to provide support. Finally!
The world's biggest spammer will have to respond to individual email support requests or go to court. For anyone who has suffered from a Google problem, you know that your best bet is commiseration from users their forums and hoping there are enough of you for action to eventually take place. Official google emails respond with automated answers directing you to FAQs or similar. You have no recourse.
